Job Description:

The Sales & Selections Consultant will work with potential clients and provide solutions that secure work for JM. They will be well rounded in the construction trades and sell a variety of home renovation and masonry services to potential clients. The Sales & Selections Consultant will also work with existing JM clients and help in the decision-making process on projects that involve choices. It is the Sales & Selections Consultant’s responsibility to ensure clients make timely selections that fit within budget and allowances are made clear.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell a variety of home remodeling and masonry projects for JM;
• Coordinate selections by helping clients choose materials, colors etc;
• Communicate with Project Consultant and Designer to ensure proper selections according to scope;
• Ensure that compliance with budget and allowances are met;
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients;
• Commitment to the JM Inc Core Values.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years sales experience (preference given to construction sales);
• High School Diploma;
• Ability to envision and advise clients on home projects;
• College degree preferred in related field;
• Previous experience in home construction is preferred;
• High attention to detail;
• Good communication skills and organizational skills;
• Strong technology, computer, and phone skills.

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm

Salary/Commissions: Up to 90K+ based on experience
